All of our new products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.
Manufacturer’s warranty periods vary from product to product. Most products are supplied with 12 months warranty, but some manufacturers offer longer periods of up to 3 years, and even longer with some products. Please check the warranty period for the product at the time of purchase.
If the product you have purchased from us has a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will facilitate the repair or replacement as provided by the Australian distributor of that product.

Manufacturer’s warranties are for faults of manufacture. Faults attributed to damage caused by, for example, dropping the item, spilling a drink on it, misuse or general wear and tear, are not faults that will generally be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
If you send an item back to us for warranty repair and no fault is found, or if the fault is not caused a by a manufacturing defect, there will be a charge for shipping the product back to you.
Secondhand items are workshop tested and sold in good working order unless otherwise stated. There is no warranty on secondhand items, however we offer a money-back guarantee that the product is working when you receive it, unless it was sold with any described faults.
